  • Benevis has provided ongoing financial support and has partnered with CDHP in other ways, including the co-sponsorship of a national survey of parents on the impact of children’s dental coverage.

  • Colgate-Palmolive Co. provided funding to establish our EndCavities.org site, which focuses on early childhood tooth decay.

  • Elevate Oral Health Care is a company that sells fluoride varnish, fluoride rinses and other oral health products. CDHP receives a portion of the proceeds from the company’s Back in Black t-shirt.

  • Henry Schein, a dental equipment and technology company, has donated graphic design and advertising placements to support CDHP’s ongoing work.

  • Integrated Media Solutions (Dental Product Shopper and VivioSites) has offered technical support to CDHP for web marketing. The company also has disseminated CDHP graphics and information to a broad audience. In addition, we are grateful they are donating a portion of their new customer revenues to CDHP in support of our ongoing work.
