CDHP is a non-profit corporation operating with IRS approval under Section 501(c)3. As such, CDHP may accept contributions from individuals, corporations, and other entities as permissible under law, and may do so from those entities whose organizational mission or policies are not in conflict with the mission and vision of CDHP. Acceptance of a contribution from an individual, corporation or other entity in no way obligates CDHP. CDHP will continue to independently formulate its own policies, legislative and programmatic agenda, communication plans, work plans, schedules, goals and all other decisions. CDHP may list the name of all contributing individuals, corporations and entities on its website, or may choose to acknowledge contributions through other methods, such as printing contributors’ names on materials, conference bags, etc. If an individual or entity wishes to maintain anonymity, it is requested that they indicate this to CDHP in writing. If a contribution is made to CDHP for a particular purpose or event, CDHP will use the funds accordingly, or decline the contribution. In all other cases, CDHP will use the funds in a manner that most closely allows it to fulfill its mission.
