Key Activities

CDHP provides a range of activities to assist states fulfill their policy development responsibilities.  These include developing tools and documents, and  analyzing policies and approaches.   A series of interactive seminars, workshops, presentations and webinars have also been developed under the project.  Considerable technical assistance is provided to the states on an ongoing basis.  

Activities to bring attention to, and help ameliorate, the health disparities which exist among population groups is a key emphasis of this cooperative agreement.
